For the purposes of refund policy clarification. SLBFX accept deposits only from the account’s registered owner. Any fees incurred by the banks and or financial institutions as a cost to fund your account will be deducted from your account and SLBFX will fund your account with amount exactly equal to the amount received.
Please be advised that we allow deposits and withdrawal requests initiated only by the account’s registered owner. Withdrawals are different than refunds, refunds are not allowed meanwhile you may request withdrawal of funds from your account at any time.
Processing of the withdrawal requests may take 5-7 business days.
