HIGH SECURITY FRAUD ALERT

Dear Valued Client;

During the past few days, our client services department received numerous requests regarding suspicious activity for some accounts under starting with 62XX, 64XX, 68XX and 68XXX under independent agent named Fady Adel Sadek. This person has never been an employee of the company at any time and he was only acting as an independent agent. The company is suspicious that you might have been a victim of fraud or scam.

The Company has took immediate steps and put a HIGH SECURITY ALERT on all accounts starting with the numbers mentioned.

Our Company also has been affected and we will take legal action against this independent agent for the damage caused to the company under multiple allegations.

We have requested all clients with account numbers starting above to review their account activity immediately and to contact the company to report any problem with their accounts.

Due to the high volume of request and the complexity of this matter, our Client Services Department will no longer handle this matter. We have assigned a special email to handle all matters related to such incident and we are dedicating a special team to further assist any victims. Please forward all your communication to fraudalert@slbfx.com. Always include your account number and NEVER include your current PASSWORD in any communication.

We have contacted all clients and requested them to complete their claim form in order for our investigation team to commence a deep investigation about the incident. Clients with affected accounts MUST submit their claim form in order for us to investigate their accounts. The company is or will not be responsible for any failure to submit the claim form required before closing the case.

Please be advised that after closing the case, it will be transferred to our Legal Department to take legal action. All accounts and records will be locked in order for our legal department to work on this case and it will not be accessible to you or any employees other than our legal department.

YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTIONS WITHIN A SPECIFIC TIME FRAME, IF YOU DELAY OR IGNORE TO TAKE SUCH ACTIONS, THIS MAY RESULT IN LOCKING YOUR ACCOUNT FOR UNKNOWN PERIOD OF TIME UNTILL ALL LEGAL ACTIONS ARE CLOSED BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND THIS INDEPENDENT AGENT. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE DURING SUCH PERIOD AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OF ANY LATE CLAIMS.
