What documents needed to open a corporate account?
You need the company’s articles of incorporation, tax ID number, and valid ID for the executive board member(s)
What documents do I need to open an individual trading account?
You need a valid passport or a valid national ID along with a proof of address. The proof of address can be a utility bill like electricity,
gas, or LAN bill.
Can I manage multiple accounts on your platform?
No. We do not allow fund management as it is totally against our policy.
Can I trade Mini and Micro lots on your platform?
You can only trade Mini lots (0.1) on our trading platform.
Can I trade with leverage above 1:100 on your platform?
No. You can only trade with leverage of 1:100 only. Any leverage above 1:100 is extremely risky for the client and it is against our policy.
What is your Margin call and Stop out levels?
Our Margin Call is 100% margin and our Stop Out level is 5%. Unless otherwise specified.
Does your platform allow hedging?
Yes you can fully hedge the same currency pair and this will turn your margin to Zero on this pair.
Can I withdraw my funds and/or profit whenever I want?
Yes. All you need to do is to send a withdrawal request to our customer service (cs@slbfx.com) and we will wire your funds to your bank
account.
If I have bonus tied to my account, will it be affected if I withdraw any profits?
When you withdraw any trade profits from your account, it will never affect your bonus status. However, if you withdraw from your principal
prior to completing the bonus target, your bonus will be cancelled.
Do you charge maintenance fees on opening a new account or on the lifetime of the account?
We do not charge fees on opening accounts. However, we do charge fees on our future contracts.
